Terms and Conditions – six6s6 Online Betting Platform

By accessing the six6s6 website at six6s6.im or using any product or service offered through the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with six6s6 and its operating entity. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the platform in their entirety, alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

six6s6 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing six6s6 from Pakistan. Where any translation exists, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency or dispute over meaning.

To register and use six6s6, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from six6s6 or from any platform operated by the same group.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

six6s6 uses age verification procedures including document checks to confirm player eligibility. If a player is found to have been under 18 at the time of registration or at the time any deposit was made, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits minus any winnings already paid will be returned to the original payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on six6s6. When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. six6s6 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

six6s6 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested for this purpose, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the source of funds deposited.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the time period specified will be suspended, and pending withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete.

All transactions on six6s6 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be reversed to the originating source and may result in a review of your account. six6s6 does not accept cash deposits by any means.

six6s6 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at the account level based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment. These limits, where applied, will be communicated to the affected player through the account dashboard or by the support team.

Players may withdraw their available balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 1 to 3 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing schedules.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the six6s6 account. six6s6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

Before processing any withdrawal, six6s6 may require the player to complete full KYC verification. Players who have received bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes available for withdrawal. six6s6 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer and which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will take precedence only for the subject matter of that bonus.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on six6s6:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus terms.
• Wagering Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports betting and casino games typically contribute at different rates. These rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, will be removed from the account automatically.

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

six6s6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, including voiding bonuses that were claimed by players who are found to have violated these terms or the terms of the specific promotion. Players who are suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or coordinating wagers with other players to reduce risk — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

All bets placed on six6s6 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by six6s6, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-editing option for that particular market. The availability of such features is at the discretion of six6s6 and may vary by event.

Bet acceptance: six6s6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, bets placed on events where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event may have been compromised, or where the odds were displayed in error.

Odds errors: If a price is displayed due to a technical or human error — for example an odds value that is clearly inconsistent with the market price — six6s6 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. The player will be notified in such cases.

Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable completion criteria are met, bets will be settled according to the platform's event-specific rules. In most cases, stakes will be returned where no result can be determined.

Live betting: In-play or live betting markets are subject to faster settlement and are updated in real time. Bets placed during a suspension of a live market — due to a technical pause or between incidents in a match — may be voided at the platform's discretion if the information available at the time of placement was materially different from the information available at acceptance.

All casino games, card games, fishing games, and Ludo games available on six6s6 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, the identity of the player, or the amount wagered.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average payout for a game and are not a guarantee of individual session returns. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and may not reflect short-term play outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, or game error that results in an incorrect game state being displayed — including but not limited to a displayed payout figure that does not match the actual game outcome — the actual game result as determined by the platform's server-side records will take precedence. Payouts made in error due to a system malfunction may be recovered from the player's balance.

Players must not exploit game bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown game error are not valid and will be voided. Players who report bugs or vulnerabilities in good faith to the support team will not be penalised.

six6s6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, all of which are accessible from the account settings:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6s6 platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system errors, or known technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Coordinating wagers with other players, including friends, family members, or associates, to reduce risk or guarantee returns (arbitrage or matched betting using bonus funds).
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location.

• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.

six6s6 may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks on deposited funds.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• An instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed for reasons not relating to a breach of these terms or a regulatory instruction, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the closure being confirmed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, confirmed fraud, or as a result of a law enforcement instruction, six6s6 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a dispute through the process described in Section 16.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 100 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee begins to apply.

All content on the six6s6 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data structures, and the six6s6 brand name — is the intellectual property of six6s6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Scraping data from the platform, reproducing odds or game content without express written permission, or building third-party tools that interface with six6s6 systems without authorisation are all prohibited under this clause.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s6 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses, even if six6s6 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Technical disruptions, service unavailability, or data loss resulting from circumstances outside six6s6's reasonable control.

Where six6s6 is found liable to a player for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to six6s6 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6s6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at six6s6.im/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

six6s6 will share your personal data with third parties only where required by law, where necessary to process your payment transactions, where required to verify your identity for KYC purposes, or where you have given explicit consent. six6s6 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the six6s6 platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing techniques and are never transmitted or stored in plain text.

six6s6 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at six6s6.im/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — meaning those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — six6s6 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players by email or by an in-platform banner notification before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Doing so will not affect any rights you had accrued under the previous version of the terms during the period they were in force. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in payment processing providers — may be made without advance notice.

six6s6 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to resolve them within 5 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, you will be provided with a status update and an estimated resolution date.

Dispute escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint by writing to the complaints management team at complaints@six6s6.im. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the team within 10 business days.

Final decisions: Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game, a bet settlement, or the application of a bonus, the decision of six6s6's compliance team is final after the internal escalation process has been completed. Players acknowledge this by accepting these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings initiated by a player against six6s6 must be commenced within 12 months of the date the cause of action first arose.
