The most common reasons are: (1) typing the mobile number with a leading 0 — enter it without the 0, just the 10 digits starting with 3; (2) Caps Lock being on, which changes your password; (3) the account being under a temporary restriction following too many failed login attempts — wait 10 minutes and try again; or (4) the account being self-excluded. If none of these apply, contact support@six6s6.im with your mobile number and they'll investigate within a few hours.

It's safe on a personal device that only you use — such as your own Android or iOS phone with a PIN or biometric lock. Do not use this option on a shared phone, a work device, a cyber café computer, or any device that other people have access to. If you accidentally stayed logged in on a shared device, change your password immediately from another device to invalidate the active session.

First, wait up to 60 seconds — OTPs occasionally have a short delivery delay on Pakistani networks, especially during peak hours. Check your SMS inbox and also check if the SMS has gone to a spam folder (some handsets filter promotional SMS). If after 60 seconds the OTP still hasn't arrived, tap Resend OTP. If it still doesn't come after a second attempt, try password login instead, or contact support at support@six6s6.im.

Yes — you can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously, such as your phone and a laptop. Each active session is independent. If you log out on one device, it doesn't affect other active sessions. However, if you suspect unauthorised access to your account from a device you don't recognise, change your password immediately to invalidate all active sessions and contact support@six6s6.im.

You'll be asked to verify your current mobile number with an OTP first, then enter and verify the new number.
